With the development of economic construction, closed floor slabshave been widely used in the construction industry in our country, but what types of buildings are closed floor slabs suitable for? Let's find out.
1. Closed floor slabs have a reasonable stress pattern, and the height of the truss and the specifications of the reinforcement can be adjusted to achieve larger spans. The steel-concrete composite floor of closed floor slabs can reduce secondary beams, and the speed of welding shear bolts is fast, ensuring stable construction quality. Closed floor slabs are generally used in large floor buildings, asclosed floor slabsconcrete floors have advantages such as good integrity, high rigidity, good fire resistance, no formwork, and fast construction speed of profiled steel composite floors.
2. Anti-corrosion treatment is performed, and the bottom mold in the formwork is made of galvanized sheet, which has anti-corrosion functions. However, during the use phase of the floor, the bottom mold does not replace the tensile reinforcement and does not require anti-corrosion treatment; it can replace the tensile reinforcement at the bottom of the floor. After burning, the material properties of the profiled sheet change, and the anti-corrosion coating is damaged. Therefore, there are issues such as repair and anti-corrosion treatment. Compared to the closed floor slab bearing plate of the profiled sheet, the formwork has better fire resistance and corrosion resistance.
3. It has reliable fire resistance. The reinforcement is completely wrapped in concrete, and its fire resistance is comparable to that of traditional cast-in-place slabs. Experimental results show that when the slab thickness is 100mm and the corresponding height is 70mm, the fire resistance limit is 1.68 hours, and the construction is simple and convenient. The formwork is lightweight, making transportation, stacking, and installation easy, which not only saves a lot of labor but also improves the working conditions for workers.
4. The construction is simple, waste is minimal, and it is beneficial for environmental protection. It is advantageous for environmental protection. After the concrete floor construction is completed and reaches the design strength, the bottom formwork can be removed and recycled, which not only meets the needs of the bottom of residential steel structure floors but also benefits environmental protection. It saves electrical energy. The thickness of the bottom mold is only 0.5mm, and the welding significantly reduces the electrical consumption of on-site bolts, lowering the on-site electricity demand and saving energy.
closed floor slabsThe characteristics are as follows:
1. Excellent fire resistance
The ribs of the slab are completely wrapped in concrete, similar to the reinforcement in cast-in-place concrete slabs. The closed composite floor can completely replace the tensile reinforcement for positive bending moments in the floor, achieving a fire resistance limit of 1.5 hours without the need for fireproof coatings.
2. Composite floor bearing plate section
The closed composite floor has a greater effective floor height and provides greater resistance to positive bending moments during the usage phase.
3. Bottom groove-type suspension system
It can be used for the installation of ceilings, suspended ceilings, water and electricity pipelines, etc., without the need for drilling and electric welding. During the use of the building, it can be moved, removed, or reinstalled as needed.
4. Convenient and fast construction
No need to block the ends, no leakage of slurry, which can shorten the construction period.
5. Flat bottom appearance
The bottom surface of the floor is flat, which is aesthetically pleasing for buildings that do not require a suspended ceiling.
6. Can effectively reduce the height of the floor bearing plate
According to fire protection standards and seismic requirements, the total thickness of the closed profiled steel composite floor is only 110-130mm, which is 30-40mm less than that of open profiled steel composite floors, reducing weight, cost, and net height.
