Reinforced truss floor slabs are a newly developed type of building material that has been widely used in steel structure buildings, bridges, railways, and other fields in recent years. The technology is mature, and the market capacity is enormous. This product involves processing the steel bars in the floor slab into a reinforced truss in the factory, and then welding the truss with galvanized profiled steel plates to form a composite template. Unlike traditional construction methods, the truss template can be directly laid on the steel beams at the construction site, followed by simple rebar work, allowing for concrete pouring. The use of the template eliminates the need for wooden forms and scaffolding. The bottom galvanized profiled steel plate is used solely as a template and does not replace the load-bearing rebar, thus there is no need to consider fireproof spraying and anti-corrosion maintenance issues. This method is fast, and the arrangement of the rebar is uniform, ensuring adequate spacing between the upper and lower layers of rebar and the thickness of the concrete cover, creating favorable conditions for improving the quality of floor slab construction. Once the concrete is poured and forms the floor slab, it has many advantages, including high overall stiffness, good seismic performance, excellent impact resistance, and good waterproofing.
