Reinforced truss floor slabs are a newly developed type of building material that has been widely used in steel structure buildings, bridges, railways, and other fields in recent years. The technology is mature, and the market capacity is enormous. This product involves processing the steel bars in the floor slabs into reinforced trusses in the factory, and then welding the trusses with galvanized profiled steel plates to form a composite template. Unlike traditional construction methods, the truss templates can be directly laid on the steel beams at the construction site, followed by simple rebar work, allowing for concrete pouring. The use of templates eliminates the need for wooden forms and scaffolding; the galvanized profiled steel plates serve only as templates and do not replace the load-bearing rebar, thus avoiding concerns about fireproofing and corrosion maintenance.
