Sequence of composite floor construction

(1) Ensure the surface of the steel beam is clean, and weld the steel floor decking according to the layout drawing on the steel beam;

(2) Weld the steel decking to the steel beam according to the welding procedure;

(3) Use clamps to fix the joints between the steel decking;

(4) Fix the shear studs at the composite wind beam with a welding gun;

(5) Tie the rebar mesh according to design requirements;

(6) Proceed with concrete pouring.
