Welding and installation of rivets
Welding studs or cylindrical metals are placed on the welding base material. The welding stud is lifted while conducting current, generating an arc between the welding stud and the welding base material. The arc melts the end of the welding stud and the surface of the welding base material, forming a welding pool. The welding stud moves relative to the welding base material, being controlled to insert into the pool at a certain speed. The welding current is terminated, the arc extinguishes, and the pool solidifies, completing the welding process and forming a fully fused weld.
